Our Platform is operated by The Insight CoLab Holdings (we, us and our). For the purposes of the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 ("Data Protection Law"), we are the data controller. Our Platform is powered and hosted by Alida (“Alida”) who provides us with a platform for the purposes of conducting market research experiences among our members. Alida acts as a data processor, processing your personal data on our behalf for you to enjoy and access to Market Research activities.
For specific research activities, the organisation commissioning the research (for example, a client brand) may act as the data controller, or joint controller, for your personal data. In these cases, we will inform you of this before you take part and provide relevant details, so you understand who is responsible for your data.
